ZuThailand: a month-long pop-up city experiment for 300+ deeply technical, curious, and self-driven builders, held in Pattaya right after Devcon. New cities need new technologies. This wasn't a conference or a hackathon. It was a curated, community-driven experience to test new hypotheses in real-time and build paradigm-shifting technologies. Residency was core to the ZuThailand experience, giving rise to on-site accommodation and full access to programming, co-working spaces, and amenities. Alternatively, builders could apply for visitor access to programming to get a taste of the experience. The Zu-Fellowship pop-up city fostered the next-generation of Ethereum-aligned builders who demonstrate unwavering curiosity, willingness to learn, and urgency to solve difficult problems.
