Overall very satisfied with the venues sourced. Especially in Brussels last summer. It was a fast turn around so the support was really appreciated. For that event it was great to have Leo on site as well. It felt like my own event team.
Me and my team think the CH3 fee is worthwhile to save my time internally for sourcing & local event support. It’s a great resource for a small team.
In the future I would likely take swag sourcing outside of our partnership. I’ve found it a smoother process when I am in direct contact with those vendors.

CSpeaking from our experience working with CH3 during Devcon in Bangkok in November 2024, we were super pleased with the service received. We were also grateful for your coordination and help with getting banners quickly printed for our event. Additionally, it was so nice to have support on the day of the event since CH3 had a team on the ground. We had to coordinate some things like last minute flower deliveries and A/V setup with the venue, which the CH3 team on the ground was quick and eager to help with.
