Paris Services Event Production
Conferences in the 11th, receptions on the quais — the riverside embankments — terrace drinks with the tower in frame, private rooms for 30.
01
Conferences & Summits
Paris has venue stock at every scale — the Palais des Congrès and Porte de Versailles at the top end, the Carrousel du Louvre and Pan Piper for a few hundred, converted industrial rooms east of Bastille when a hall would flatten the atmosphere. Floor planning, 3D renders, venue branding, AV, registration and a technical crew on site throughout.
02
Side Events & Satellite Activations
Conference weeks are crowded and the good rooms go early. CH3 has produced side events here for IoTeX, Polkadot, Avalanche, Manta Network, CertiK, Pyth Network, Gnosis, Blockchain.com and Vertex Protocol — 500-guest programmes down to fifteen-person private rooms, with a French-speaking team on the ground.
03
Brand Experiences & Activations
Paris rewards activations that use the architecture rather than fight it: glass-roofed halls, Haussmann courtyards, Marais lofts, barges on the Seine. Avalanche's Creator House ran across a skylit lounge with a custom merch station. Concept, fabrication, execution and content capture.
04
Gala Dinners & Award Ceremonies
Rooms that do the work for you — hôtels particuliers in the 8th, the private mansions built for a single family and now hired for events, palace-hotel ballrooms, grand halls along the river. CH3 produced M7 Real Estate's 175-guest company party at Angie, live saxophonist on the floor. Menu design, entertainment, scenic build and full AV.
05
Cocktail Parties & Networking Events
Rooftops in the 8th and 16th, terraces above the Trocadéro, riverside decks facing the Louvre. CH3 produced CertiK's 150-guest reception on the Seine and Vertex Protocol's 200-guest party in a planted glasshouse. In Paris the apéritif hour is real, and the run of show is built around it.
06
Executive Dinners & Private Dining
Closed dinners for leadership teams, partners and investors — chef's tables in Saint-Germain, private rooms in the 8th, Seine dinner boats where the view changes through the evening. CH3 has produced private dining here for Hitachi Solutions Europe, Shield FC, WDHB and Trail of Bits. Off-record by default, and no branding anywhere in the room.
07
Tradeshow Booths & Exhibition Stands
Stands end to end: concept, drawings, fabrication, build-up, install, breakdown, storage and freight. Porte de Versailles runs strict hall regulations and its own approved contractor lists, and the October fortnight is the busiest in the French exhibition calendar. Compliance, timing and labour booking sit with us.
08
Game, Brand & Product Launches
France is one of Europe's biggest launch markets, and Paris is where a European rollout gets its press. Game drops, product unveils and market entries — venue, staging, AV, press, creators and live capture, run in French and English so domestic media and international desks get the same story the same day.
09
VIP Experiences
Private views before opening hours, tastings at addresses that do not normally open, châteaux within an hour of the city, Michelin-starred dinner cruises. CH3 produced Pyth Network's DeFi Soirée aboard a glass-roofed vessel — the format guests still talk about a year later.
10
Corporate Retreats & Offsites
A two-day offsite in Fontainebleau or the Loire, or a longer programme in Champagne or Normandy, all reachable by train. In the city we have run multi-day workshops for Camunda, ASICS, Varnish Software, Noba Ventures and Hafslund. Venue, transport, accommodation, programming and catering as one job.

The Paris Team
The four people who actually deal with a Paris brief.
Dietrich
CEO & Founder
At 20, Dietrich was working on Tomorrowland and White Sensation in Belgium — among the most demanding environments the industry has. He co-founded CH3 in 2020 to hold crypto, gaming and tech events to that standard. He has driven the company's growth and strategy since, and still takes its key client relationships personally, from pitch to execution.
Belen
Partnerships Manager
Belen owns CH3's venue relationships in Paris — the 8th, the 16th, the Marais. Two years opening new markets for the group across Europe, Asia and Latin America. She works in French, Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Ilaria
Event & Production Manager
With CH3 since 2019, Ilaria manages events end to end — venue sourcing, supplier negotiation, production and on-site delivery — across the company's European conference calendar. She is the production manager clients deal with from first brief to last guest out.
Breanna
Event Operations & Project Manager
Based on the French Atlantic coast, Breanna has directed 300+ large-scale events on budgets from $50K to $2M — vendor negotiation, site selection, run of show and on-site delivery, with C-level stakeholders.
Industries We Serve
680+ events for 440 clients across Corporate & Tech, Crypto & Web3 and Gaming. Paris is the hub where the first of those three leads.

Crypto & Web3
Paris was the European centre of the Ethereum calendar for years, and CH3 produced across it — IoTeX, Polkadot, Avalanche, Manta Network, CertiK, Pyth Network, Gnosis, Blockchain.com, Vertex Protocol, Goldsky, Frontier, Doodles and StakeDAO. Paris Blockchain Week returns in 2027 as Signal Week.

CH3 Guarantees How We Work
Fees agreed before we start, in euros. One named production manager from brief to event day.
12h
Same-Day Answers on Central European Time
Paris runs an hour ahead of London and six ahead of New York, and our team sits in the same timezone. A brief sent in the morning gets a real answer the same day.
48h
A Costed Plan in 48 Hours, Not a Brochure
Two days after your brief: three venue options, a production outline and an itemised budget in euros. Early enough that the room is still free.
On-Site
Every Paris Venue Walked Before You Commit
Paris listings hide what actually decides an event — courtyard load-in, lift dimensions, real available power, and whether a Haussmann room still holds sound once it fills. We walk it, with you or over live video.
Global
The Same Build Standard as Every CH3 City
The specification does not soften because a job is abroad. Your Paris event is built to the standard we hold across 38 cities.
Fixed
Paris Quotes, Normalised So You Can Compare Them
Paris venues quote three different ways — minimum spend, hire fee plus catering, or all-in per guest. We convert them into one shape so a shortlist is actually a shortlist.
One PM
The Person Who Takes the Brief Runs the Night
Your production manager is in the room on event day — the same person who walked the venue, briefed the suppliers in French, and holds the run of show on the night.
Paris — When & Where To Organise an Event
When — Paris's Key Conference Windows
October is the pressure point, and it is not close. The Mondial de l'Auto takes Porte de Versailles from the 12th to the 18th and Paris Games Week follows from the 22nd to the 25th — over half a million visitors through one venue in a fortnight, with hotels across the 15th (Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro) and 16th going first. VivaTech in June is the other immovable week. The rest of the year is far more forgiving than the city's reputation suggests.
| Conference | Dates | Category | Size | Book Ahead | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paris Blockchain Week | 15–16 Apr 2026 (past) | Crypto & Web3 | Institutional | 10–12 weeks | The final edition under this name, at the Carrousel du Louvre. From 2027 it becomes Signal Week at the Palais des Congrès on 6–7 July, co-located with the RAISE AI summit — brief 16 weeks out, the institutional room fills fast. |
| VivaTech | 17–20 Jun 2026 (past) | Corporate & Tech | 180,000+ | 12–16 weeks | Europe's largest tech and innovation show, tenth edition, three trade days and a public Saturday. The strongest week of the year for corporate side events, investor dinners and launches — and hotel rates across the city move with it. |
| Big Data & AI Paris | 15–16 Sep 2026 | Corporate & Tech | 15,000+ | 8–10 weeks | France's largest data and AI gathering, narrowed in 2026 to qualified enterprise decision-makers. Speakers from Airbus, Accor, Thales and Bouygues Telecom. Better for closed-door executive dinners than open receptions. |
| Mondial de l'Auto | 12–18 Oct 2026 | Corporate | 500,000+ | 16–20 weeks | The 91st Paris Motor Show, 60+ marques and 1,200+ exhibitors across five halls. Monday the 12th is press and trade only. Book venues and rooms in the 15th and 16th well ahead — the heaviest week in the Paris calendar. |
| Paris Games Week | 22–25 Oct 2026 | Gaming | 15th edition | 14–16 weeks | Four days at Porte de Versailles, with evening sessions and finals at the Dôme de Paris for the first time. A Hors les Murs programme runs across the city beforehand, opening a genuine side-event window before the show starts. |

Where — Best Event Areas in Paris
Paris is small, dense and divided into twenty arrondissements that each read differently to a guest. The number on the invitation sets expectations before anyone arrives — and crossing the city at 18:00 takes far longer than a map suggests, which is a production constraint rather than a detail. Explore the Paris Neighbourhood Map →
Galas · Corporate Receptions
Champs-Élysées & the 8th
The prestige address, and where CH3 holds the most Paris venue relationships — hôtels particuliers, palace hotels and private clubs along the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, where M7 Real Estate's party ran at Angie. Rooms here run from 50 to 400 guests, and Bastille is about 20 minutes off-peak, closer to 45 at 18:00. Highest costs in the city, and worth it when the address is doing part of the work.
Conferences · Side Events
Bastille & the 11th
The east has the volume and the flexibility: Pan Piper and the converted workshops around it take 300 to 500 without feeling like a hall. IoTeX's 500-guest conference ran here. The 8th is about 20 minutes off-peak, closer to 45 at 18:00. Better value than the west, later licences, load-in that works.
Receptions · VIP Formats
The Seine & the Quais
Barges, dinner boats and riverside decks between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower — CertiK's reception and Pyth Network's DeFi Soirée both ran on the water. The boats run from 150 to 400 guests. Weather-dependent and booked from May, so commit early and hold a covered fallback.
Conferences · Trade Shows
Eiffel Tower · Trocadéro · 15th
Where the large hotels and the exhibition traffic sit — the Pullman Tour Eiffel, where App Growth Summit ran, with Porte de Versailles at the edge of the arrondissement. Best for multi-day programmes with room blocks, from 100 to 2,000+ guests. Unbookable across the October fortnight unless you move very early.
Private Dining · Brand Activations
Le Marais
Courtyard hôtels particuliers, galleries and lofts across the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, which together make up Le Marais — the right answer for 20 to 100 guests and for activations that want texture. Narrow streets and protected buildings mean tight, often time-restricted load-in.
Community Events · Launches
Canal Saint-Martin & the 10th
Warehouses, independent venues and rooms with a younger crowd already in them. Best for community nights and launches from 50 to 400 guests, and anything that would look overdressed in the 8th. Cheapest per square metre of the six, and the easiest place to run late.

Everything you need to know about producing corporate, tech, crypto and gaming events in Paris with CH3.
Corporate Events Paris
01
Is CH3 a corporate event agency or a crypto one?
Both, and Paris is the hub where corporate work is the majority of what we do — conferences, receptions, company parties, launches, workshops, award ceremonies and closed dinners for international companies operating in France. Clients here include Jane Street, Euroclear, Mastercard, Cirque du Soleil, Sony Music, ASICS, AXA, Boston Scientific, L3Harris and M7 Real Estate.
02
Why do Paris venue quotes vary so much for the same event?
Paris sits at the top end of European venue pricing, and the structures vary more than the headline numbers — hire fee plus catering, minimum spend, or all-in per guest. We normalise every quote so a shortlist is genuinely comparable, then give you a fixed fee and an itemised budget within 48 hours. Across the 29 Paris events CH3 produced last year, half fell between €6,000 and €26,000, at a median of 100 guests. Send the format, the guest count and the dates.
03
Who has CH3 produced for in Paris?
Corporate and tech: Jane Street, Euroclear, Mastercard, Cirque du Soleil, Sony Music, ASICS, AXA, Boston Scientific, L3Harris, Hitachi Solutions Europe, Intuitive, Glenmorangie, AvePoint, Dreamdata, Systemiq, Camunda, Varnish Software and M7 Real Estate. Crypto and Web3: IoTeX, Polkadot, Avalanche, Manta Network, CertiK, Pyth Network, Gnosis, Blockchain.com, Vertex Protocol, Goldsky, Frontier, Doodles and StakeDAO.
04
Can you run a full European summit in Paris?
Yes. The Palais des Congrès, Porte de Versailles and the Carrousel du Louvre all take full-scale conferences, and Paris is the natural meeting point for European programmes. We handle venue sourcing, delegate logistics, AV and staging, catering, the on-site team and post-event reporting. Brief us 12–16 weeks ahead, 16–20 if your dates fall inside VivaTech or the October fortnight.
05
We have no French entity — can you handle the contracting?
Yes — that is the standard model. Most clients brief us remotely, approve over email and fly in for the event. We hold the supplier relationships, run site visits over live video, and handle local contracting and payment. French venue contracts, deposit schedules and invoicing rules are where foreign companies lose time, and they sit with us.
06
Where do you take a team for an offsite out of Paris?
Fontainebleau and the Loire work for a two-day offsite within an hour of the city; Champagne, Normandy and Burgundy when you want the team properly away, all reachable by train. In the city we have produced multi-day workshops for Camunda, ASICS, Varnish Software, Noba Ventures, Hafslund and Groupe PVCP.
Tech, Crypto & Gaming Events Paris
07
What do CH3 tech and crypto events in Paris look like?
The full range — conferences, side events, hacker houses, receptions, community nights, partner and investor dinners, activations and stands. The Paris portfolio includes IoTeX's 500-guest R3AL WORLD at Pan Piper, Polkadot's 400-seat ParisDOT.Comm, Avalanche's Creator House, Manta Network's ZKDay and CertiK's riverside reception.
08
Which arrondissement should my side event be in?
The 11th and Bastille take the volume — Pan Piper and the workshops around it handle 300 to 500 without feeling industrial. The 8th is where corporate receptions go when the address matters. The Seine carries the formats nowhere else can. Le Marais suits dinners of 20 to 100, and Canal Saint-Martin community nights. CH3 has produced across all of them.
09
How early do I need to book around VivaTech or October?
Outside the big weeks, 8–12 weeks is comfortable. Inside them it is a different city: VivaTech in June and the October fortnight absorb venues and hotel stock months ahead, particularly across the 15th and 16th — for those dates brief us 16–20 weeks out. Riverside venues book from May regardless of the calendar.
10
How do I stop a side event disappearing into a busy week?
Use the things only Paris has — a boat on the Seine, a courtyard hôtel particulier, a terrace with the tower in frame, a private view before opening hours. Those beat another hotel function room every time, and they photograph in a way that earns the event a second life online. The other reliable move is timing: run daytime programming people will actually stay at rather than competing with nine parties at 19:00.
11
Who runs the guest list on the night?
Your production manager does, with a door team briefed on the list before guests arrive. Registration, invitation management, RSVP tracking, door lists and on-site check-in are part of standard production, run in French and English where the guest list is mixed. For invite-only formats the door is where the evening is won or lost, so it is staffed rather than improvised.
12
Why CH3 rather than a Paris agency we could hire locally?
Because a Paris agency will not have produced 82 events in this city for 68 clients across corporate, tech, crypto and gaming — Jane Street and Euroclear in the same years as IoTeX and Polkadot. The team is French-speaking and on the ground, fees are agreed in euros before we start, and one named production manager carries the brief through to the night. And venue access — standing relationships across the 8th, the 16th and the Marais, which is what decides whether a date is gettable during VivaTech or the October fortnight.
