Paris Event Venues

The best venues in Paris for corporate events, conferences, brand activations and private dinners — sourced and managed by CH3.

Paris has more usable event space than almost anywhere in Europe, and the difficulty is not finding a room but understanding what each one costs and how it quotes. The venues below run from the 3,700-seat amphitheatre at the Palais des Congrès and the halls beneath the Louvre, through private mansions off the Champs-Élysées and boats on the Seine, to converted printworks in the 11th. Several are rooms CH3 has actually produced in — so those cards say what we ran there, for whom, and at what guest count. Capacities on this page are indicative and depend on layout; we confirm them per brief.

Conference & Convention Venues

The rooms that take a full conference, a keynote programme or an exhibition floor — from the largest auditorium in the city down to a 500-capacity room in the east that does not feel like a hall.

The inverted glass pyramid at the Carrousel du Louvre

Carrousel du Louvre

The exhibition complex beneath the Louvre, entered under the inverted pyramid on the Rue de Rivoli. Long-span halls with straightforward load-in and an address that needs no explaining. It hosted the final edition of Paris Blockchain Week in April 2026.

The stage and floor at Pan Piper, Paris 11th

Pan Piper

PAXUp to 500DistrictBastille · 11eVibeLive Venue & Conference Space

A live-music and event space on Impasse Lamier with a full stage, house lighting and a floor that reconfigures between seated conference and standing reception. CH3 produced IoTeX’s R3AL WORLD conference here for 500 guests — the largest event in our Paris portfolio.

Hôtels Particuliers & Palace Hotels

Where the address does part of the work. Private mansions and palace hotels concentrated in the 8th, the 7th and along the river — the right answer for galas, award nights and hospitality where the room is part of the message.

A Cheval Blanc Paris interior overlooking the Pont Neuf

Cheval Blanc Paris

PAXOn requestDistrictLouvre · 1erVibePalace Hotel

The LVMH palace hotel on the Quai du Louvre, looking straight down the Pont Neuf and the Seine. Private dining rooms, a rooftop and full-height windows over the river. A CH3 venue partner — their team’s words are on our Paris page.

A gilded salon set for dinner at Hotel Le Marois

Hôtel Le Marois

PAXUp to 300DistrictChamps-Élysées · 8eVibePrivate Mansion & Ballroom

A private mansion off the Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, a few minutes from the Champs-Élysées. A grand staircase leads to gilded first-floor salons that take a seated dinner under chandeliers, with a dancefloor and DJ position in the same room.

A panelled salon at the Hotel de Montgascon, Paris 7th

Hôtel de Montgascon

PAXUp to 50DistrictSaint-Germain · 7eVibeHôtel Particulier & Garden

An hôtel particulier on the Rue de Lille, directly opposite the Musée d’Orsay, with panelled salons, a glass-roofed room and its own private garden. Built for closed formats of around fifty rather than anything larger.

On the Seine

The format nothing else in Europe matches. Boats and riverside decks between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, where the view changes through the evening. Weather-dependent, and booked from May regardless of what the conference calendar is doing.

A Yachts de Paris vessel on the Seine at sunset

Yachts de Paris

PAXUp to 300DistrictPort Henri IV · 4eVibeCharter Fleet & Fine Dining

A fleet of private event vessels operating from Port Henri IV, including the Michelin-starred Don Juan II. Seated dinners and receptions with a route past the Louvre, the Île de la Cité and the Eiffel Tower.

A modern glass-sided event boat on the Seine

Paris Seine

PAXUp to 400DistrictPort Solferino · 7eVibeModern Event Boat

Contemporary glass-sided vessels moored at Port Solferino, below the Musée d’Orsay. Open upper decks for receptions and enclosed saloons below, which is what makes the format work outside high summer.

A private charter yacht moored on the Seine in Paris

Felicita

PAXUp to 150DistrictQuai Henri IV · 4eVibePrivate Charter Yacht

A private charter yacht on the Quai Henri IV, at the scale where a boat still feels like a private room rather than a function space. Suits partner dinners and VIP receptions.

Rooftops, Lofts & Private Spaces

The working half of the Paris venue market — rooftops with the tower in frame, converted printworks in the 11th, hotel event floors and private club rooms in the 8th. This is where most CH3 productions in the city actually happen.

The bar and dancefloor at Angie, Paris 8th

Angie

PAXUp to 200DistrictFaubourg Saint-Honoré · 8eVibeClub & Party Venue

A club and party venue on the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, with a long backlit bar, a dancefloor and a licence that runs late. CH3 produced M7 Real Estate’s black-tie company party here for 175 guests, with a live saxophonist working the floor.

A private event room at Keeze, Paris

Keeze

PAXUp to 100DistrictBourse · 2e & 8eVibePrivate Meeting & Event Rooms

Three sites across the 2nd and the 8th, built for private meetings, workshops and receptions rather than converted for them. CH3 produced Grafana’s Lunch & Learn at Keeze.

The Eiffel Tower lit at night through the glass frontage of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

PAXUp to 1,000DistrictEiffel Tower · 15eVibeConference Hotel

A conference hotel at the foot of the tower, with event floors, terraces and room blocks in the same building — which is what makes it work for multi-day programmes. CH3 produced App Growth Summit Paris here.

A planted rooftop terrace with the Eiffel Tower beyond, Paris 15th

Rooftop Grenelle

PAXUp to 200DistrictGrenelle · 15eVibeRooftop Terrace

A planted rooftop on the Quai de Grenelle with lounge seating, a retractable awning and the Eiffel Tower across the rooftops. The covered section is what makes it bookable outside the summer months.

A white loft under a pitched glass roof, Paris 11th

Le Loft République

PAXUp to 200DistrictRépublique · 11eVibeGlass-Roofed Loft

A double-height white loft on the Rue Deguerry under a pitched glass roof, with cast-iron columns and a mezzanine gallery. A blank, bright box that takes branding well and photographs better than most.

A plant-filled converted printworks with long timber tables, Paris 11th

DAYOFF L’Imprimerie

PAXUp to 120DistrictFontaine au Roi · 11eVibeConverted Printworks

A converted printworks on the Rue de la Fontaine au Roi — exposed brick, steel-framed glazing, long timber tables and heavy planting. Built for offsites, workshops and working sessions rather than parties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Paris-specific answers on venue booking, conference-week timing and side-event planning.

01Which Paris venues work best during a major conference week?
It depends which week. For VivaTech in June and the October fortnight at Porte de Versailles, stay west — the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel and the venues around Grenelle keep guests within walking distance of the halls. For anything crypto or developer-facing, the 11th is the better base: Pan Piper and the converted spaces around Bastille take real numbers and run late. The deciding factor is never the room, it is how far guests have to move between it and where they sleep.
02How far in advance should I book a venue in Paris?
Outside the big weeks, eight to twelve weeks is comfortable. Inside them it collapses: VivaTech in June and the Mondial de l’Auto and Paris Games Week fortnight in October absorb hotel and venue stock months ahead. For those dates, brief us sixteen to twenty weeks out. Two Paris-specific traps — boats and riverside venues book from May regardless of the conference calendar, and December is company-party season, which takes the best private rooms off the market from early November.
03What are the best Paris venues for a private or partner dinner?
It depends on the number. For 20–50 guests: the Hôtel de Montgascon in the 7th, or a private dining room at Cheval Blanc Paris. For 50–150: a charter on the Seine such as Felicita, or a courtyard hôtel particulier in the Marais. For 150 and up: the salons at Hôtel Le Marois or a full buyout at Angie. CH3 has produced private dining in Paris for Hitachi Solutions Europe, Shield FC, WDHB and Trail of Bits.
04Can you hold an event on the Seine, and is it worth it?
Yes, and it is the format guests still talk about a year later. Yachts de Paris and Paris Seine both operate proper event vessels, and CH3 has produced a riverside reception for CertiK on a deck facing the Louvre and a DeFi Soirée for Pyth Network aboard a glass-roofed boat. Two caveats: it is weather-dependent, so hold a covered fallback, and the good vessels are gone by spring for the summer season.
05Can CH3 source venues that are not listed on this page?
Yes — this is a curated guide, not the full extent of CH3’s Paris network. We also work with courtyard hôtels particuliers in the Marais, private residences, châteaux within an hour of the city, warehouse spaces east of Bastille and rooms that are not publicly listed at all. Send your brief — format, guest count, dates and budget — and the team will come back with a shortlist.
06Which venues suit a workshop or a multi-day working programme?
Look for space that tolerates long hours. DAYOFF L’Imprimerie in the 11th is built for exactly this — long tables, daylight and a room that does not feel like a hotel basement by hour six. Keeze runs private meeting rooms across three sites, and CH3 produced Grafana’s Lunch & Learn at one of them. For residential programmes, the Pullman gives you rooms and sessions in one building.
07How do Paris venue costs compare, and how are they quoted?
Paris sits at the top end of European venue pricing, and the structures vary more than the headline numbers. Some venues charge a hire fee plus catering, others a minimum spend, others all-in per guest. That makes a shortlist genuinely hard to compare, so we normalise every quote into the same shape before you see it, and give you a fixed itemised budget in euros within 48 hours of the brief.
08What is the difference between renting a venue and hiring CH3 to produce an event?
A venue rental gives you the space. A CH3 production gives you the complete event. CH3 handles everything — venue sourcing and negotiation, production design, AV, catering, staffing, branding, guest management and on-the-night operations — as a single point of contact in Paris, working in French and English so nothing is lost between your brief and the supplier. Share your brief and we will come back with a full proposal, not just a venue list.
