Dietrich launched his events career at age 20, working on global-scale productions such as Tomorrowland and White Sensation in Belgium — two of the industry’s most demanding environments. In 2020, he co-founded CH3 to bring the same production quality to the crypto, gaming and tech industry. Since then, he has led the company’s growth, strategy and key client relationships — driving vision from pitch to execution.
Lara
With Canadian and Portuguese roots, Lara brings 15+ years of hands-on event production experience across various formats. She specialises in complex, out-of-the-box concepts and turns bold ideas into structured, scalable execution. From initial brief to live show, Lara drives the operational engine — shaping strategy, aligning technical teams, managing suppliers, overseeing logistics, AV integration and on-site delivery — ensuring every detail lands exactly as planned and performs flawlessly under pressure.

For larger brand experiences and after-parties, Alcântara and LX Factory offer industrial-chic warehouse spaces up to 1,000+ capacity. How far in advance should I book a side event in Lisbon?
For Web Summit (November) and SBC Summit (October), we recommend booking 16–24 weeks in advance. Venue and supplier availability in Lisbon dries up fast once conference dates are confirmed — premium restaurants and private event spaces get booked by regular clients months ahead. For NFC Summit and ETHGlobal Lisbon, 12–16 weeks is workable. For smaller side events outside peak season, 8 weeks is the minimum. The earlier you brief us, the more options we can secure.

CH3 fees start from €3,000 for a focused event management package — this covers venue sourcing and recommendation, supplier coordination (catering, AV, décor), on-site event management, guest list and registration handling, and a full run of show. For end-to-end production of larger activations, fees scale with scope. We work on flat fees, fixed contracts or a production percentage depending on what suits the client. All fee structures are agreed upfront with no hidden costs.
Does CH3 handle invitations, registration and guest management?
Yes. CH3 handles the full guest journey — from invitation design and distribution to RSVP tracking, registration page setup, guest list management, on-site check-in and post-event attendance reporting. For conference side events where the guest list is curated and access is controlled, we treat guest management as a core deliverable, not an afterthought.
Does CH3 help with event marketing?
Yes, for event-specific marketing. CH3 can support with event landing pages, email campaigns to your guest list, social media assets for pre-event promotion, and on-site content capture (photography and video). We focus on driving attendance and documenting the event — we don’t offer broader digital marketing or paid media services outside the event context.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. CH3 accepts payment in major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH and USDC. Given our roots in the Web3 and crypto conference space, this is something we’ve supported since day one. Invoices can be issued in EUR with crypto settlement — just let us know your preferred setup at contracting stage.
