Global Anti-Scam Summit Europe 2026 — 800+ attendees

The Global Anti-Scam Alliance's European summit brought more than 800 leaders from government, law enforcement, financial services, technology and cybersecurity to the Convento do Beato — a 15th-century former monastery in Lisbon — across two days of plenary sessions, panel discussions and workshops on online fraud. The programme featured the Scam Fighter Awards, an evening networking reception and a live stream for remote participants, and forms one of three Global Anti-Scam Summits in 2026, alongside San Francisco and Bangkok.

FAQ

Conference production questions

01What does a conference production agency do?

A conference production agency manages the full delivery of a conference end to end, so the client never coordinates suppliers directly. CH3 plans and coordinates all the conference workstreams — venue sourcing and space planning, stage and technical production, registration, speaker and run-of-show operations, sponsorship and exhibition delivery, branding and merch, photo and video, catering, staffing and security, entertainment, on-site management and post-event reporting — refined across 67 conferences and summits since 2020.

02How much does it cost to produce a conference?

Conference cost is driven primarily by attendee count. Across CH3's 12 hubs, average all-in cost per attendee (venue, catering, AV, branding) ranges from $80 (Malta) to $192 (Singapore), based on 1,015 real quotes and 2,278 cost line items. A brief returns a written, city-specific budget within 48 hours.

03What's the difference between a conference and a side event?

A conference is the main programmed, usually badged event — agenda, stage, registration. A side event is the summit, day-conference or showcase that runs alongside a major industry week, on compressed timelines against a scarce venue market. A share of CH3's conference work is these day-conferences built around those weeks.

04How long does it take to plan a conference?

Flagship conferences are best planned 6–12 months out and mid-scale conferences 3–6 months, because venue and supplier lead time in the host city is the binding constraint. With standing local teams and held venue inventory across 12 hubs, CH3 also produces conference-week events on timelines of a few weeks.

05Can you produce a crypto or web3 conference?

Yes — crypto and web3 is CH3's core. We produce conferences and technical days at every major week, including EthCC, Devcon, Token2049 and DevConnect, for clients such as Avalanche, Polkadot, Uniswap, Manta Network and Gnosis.

06How do you handle conference registration and check-in?

Registration and check-in run on Luma across public, invite-only and token-gated models, with on-site QR check-in. CH3 hands attendee data back to the client for follow-up after the event.

07Which cities do you produce conferences in?

CH3 has produced conferences in 14 cities to date, from 12 permanent production hubs: Bangkok, Barcelona, Lisbon, Mumbai, Singapore, Dubai, Paris, Cannes, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro and St Julian's — each with a local team and a vetted supplier network.

08Can you produce a conference on a short timeline?

Yes. Because CH3 keeps standing local teams and venue inventory across its hubs, we regularly deliver conference-week productions in weeks rather than months — without dropping a production stage.
