Buenos Aires Services Event Production
CH3 Buenos Aires produces every event format — from 250-guest community nights in Palermo to closed partner dinners in Puerto Madero and multi-day conferences at La Rural and the Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires.
01
Conferences & Summits
Full-scale conferences at La Rural in Palermo, the Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires in Recoleta and Costa Salguero on the river — plus warehouse and cultural spaces when a convention hall is the wrong room for the audience. We cover pre-production logistics, spatial planning, 3D rendering, venue branding, AV integration, registration systems and a dedicated on-site technical crew for the full run.
02
Side Events & Satellite Activations
Buenos Aires conference weeks fill the calendar with competing programming, and the schedule moves late. CH3 has produced side events here for 1kx Capital, Sherlock, bloXroute, Starknet Foundation, BlueYard Capital, Sekai and Tally — from a 200-guest happy hour to a 35-person closed session. Venue, branding, catering, guest management and an on-site team that speaks the local suppliers' language.
03
Brand Experiences & Activations
Converted warehouses in Villa Crespo and Chacarita, terraces over Palermo Soho, the docks at Puerto Madero and the cobbled blocks of San Telmo each give an activation a different backdrop — and Buenos Aires has the design and fabrication talent to build into them cheaply and fast. We handle concept, production, on-site execution and content capture.
04
Gala Dinners & Award Ceremonies
Gala dinners and award ceremonies in the city's grand rooms — Belle Époque palacios in Recoleta, hotel ballrooms around Retiro and riverfront halls on the Costanera. CH3 produced registrychain's 120-guest award ceremony in Buenos Aires. Custom menus, live entertainment, scenic design and AV production.
05
Cocktail Parties & Networking Events
Rooftops in Palermo, bodegones and bars in Villa Crespo, waterside terraces in Puerto Madero. CH3 produced Espacio Cripto's 250-guest networking night and 1kx Capital's 200-guest happy hour in Buenos Aires — venue scouting, on-site branding, guest management, entertainment and bar operations. Argentine nights start late; we plan the run of show around that, not against it.
06
Executive Dinners & Private Dining
Invite-only dinners for leadership teams, partners and investors. CH3 has produced private dinners in Buenos Aires for Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, Cloudless Labs and Translucence Research — private rooms in Puerto Madero, chef's tables in Palermo and closed parrillas where the whole room is yours. Chatham House Rules as standard — no logos, no pitches, no deck.
07
Tradeshow Booths & Exhibition Stands
We handle your stand end to end: concept, architectural design, manufacturing, build-up, on-site installation, breakdown, storage and international shipping. Argentine import rules and customs timelines catch foreign exhibitors out — we build locally where it makes sense and manage hall regulations and contractor compliance at La Rural, Costa Salguero and the Centro de Convenciones.
08
Game, Brand & Product Launches
Argentina exports software and games well beyond its size, and Buenos Aires is where regional launches land first. Game title drops, product unveils and Southern Cone market entries — venue, staging, AV, press, creators and live content capture, run bilingually so local media and international press get the same story.
09
VIP Experiences
Private polo afternoons and estancia days an hour outside the city, tango and wine tastings booked out for your guests alone, closed-door receptions in Recoleta palacios. CH3 produced Ethereum's 20-guest leather workshop and brunch in Buenos Aires — the kind of small, distinctly Argentine format people actually remember.
10
Corporate Retreats & Offsites
From a two-day leadership offsite in Tigre or the Delta to a longer retreat in Mendoza wine country or Bariloche in Patagonia. CH3 produced multi-day working retreats in Buenos Aires for Starknet Foundation, BlueYard Capital and Gensyn. Venue sourcing, transportation, accommodation, programming, team activities and catering, handled end to end.
Buenos Aires Portfolio Past Events & Case Studies

GENSYN
Group Work Session — Gensyn, La Uat
La Uat · Working Session · 100 PAX
A working session for 100 at La Uat — a room set up for focused work rather than presentation, with catering and technical support running straight through the day.
CLOUDLESS LABS
Partners Dinner — Cloudless Labs, Museo Evita
Museo Evita · Private Dining · 30 PAX
A 30-guest partners dinner at Museo Evita — the small, closed format where the guest list is the product and the room has to carry the evening on its own.

Maria — Event Manager, CH3 Buenos Aires
Event Manager
Maria is CH3's event expert in Buenos Aires and the person who runs the city. She has delivered events in more than 30 cities for over 18 corporate clients, specialising in incentive travel and corporate event production. Her background in tourism and hospitality is where the supplier network came from — the hotels, venues and operators that decide whether a date is gettable at short notice. She handles negotiation, planning, programming, on-site execution and post-event evaluation, and is your first point of contact for anything in Buenos Aires.
Micaela Muñoz — Creative Director, CH3 Buenos Aires
Creative Director
Micaela is CH3's creative lead in Buenos Aires, trained in Image and Sound Design at FADU-UBA. Eight years across art direction, photography, video and 3D — media management and art direction at Futura, production design at HEY Studio, live session filmmaking at La Sala. She is why a Buenos Aires event does not need an outside creative agency: concept, art direction, branding and content capture are handled in-house, in Spanish and English.
Micaela Navarro — Operations & Project Manager, CH3 Buenos Aires
Operations & Project Manager
Micaela Navarro builds the systems the Buenos Aires operation runs on. Her background is project coordination and people-focused operations — brand transformation programmes and email marketing launches into new markets, then end-to-end ownership of HR, administration, partnerships and new ventures. She writes the playbooks and standardises the workflows that keep quality level as volume rises, and she is the bridge between the creative side and operational leadership, so what gets promised is what gets delivered.
Sabrina Romero — Sales Manager, CH3 Buenos Aires
Sales Manager
Sabrina is the first person you deal with in Buenos Aires. Three years at CH3 — first as a booking agent, then as Sales Manager — covering the full cycle from first enquiry through discovery to contracting and invoicing. She runs the pipeline, the CRM and the team's response times, and turns a rough brief into a scoped one before it reaches production.

CH3 Guarantees How We Work
Fees agreed before we start. One named production manager from brief to event day. No junior handoff when your guests arrive.
12h
Response Within 12 Hours — Buenos Aires & Global
Buenos Aires runs four hours behind London and one ahead of New York — close enough to the Americas for same-day decisions, and briefed from Europe you still get a real answer within 12 hours.
48h
First Proposal Within 48 Hours — Venue, Budget & Plan
Two days after your brief: three venue options, a production outline and an itemised budget in your currency. Enough to decide on, and early enough that the room is still free.
On-Site
Site Visits & Video Walkthroughs — Buenos Aires Venues
We walk every venue before you commit — with you, or on your behalf on a live video call. Listings and floor plans miss the things that matter: access for load-in, real power, how the room sounds when it fills.
Global
Global Production Standards — Every Buenos Aires Event
680+ events across 40+ cities means the specification does not change with the country. Your Buenos Aires event is built to the same standard as our work anywhere else in the CH3 network.
Fixed
Fixed Fees — No Hidden Costs, No Surprises
Fees fixed and agreed upfront, itemised at briefing stage. Argentina's pricing and FX environment moves — we contract and quote so that movement is our problem to manage, not a surprise on your invoice.

The production manager who takes your brief is in the room on event day. One person accountable from first call to last guest out.
Buenos Aires — When & Where To Organise an Event
When — Buenos Aires's Key Conference Windows
October is the peak. Ekoparty runs 7–9, EVA 21–24, and LABITCONF opens on the 29th — three conferences across three different verticals inside four weeks, with Nerdearla and the Latam Digital Assets Conf ahead of them in September and August. On top of that, Buenos Aires picks up global events when they choose the city: Devconnect in November 2025 filled our calendar with eighteen events in six days. Outside those windows, lead times here are shorter than in most cities we operate in.
| Conference | Dates | Category | Size | Book Ahead | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Latam Digital Assets Conf | 20–21 Aug 2026 | Crypto & Web3 | Institutional | 8–10 weeks | A two-day institutional conference on stablecoins, tokenisation and regulation, bringing together banks, fintechs, exchanges, regulators and investors. The most corporate room in the Buenos Aires crypto calendar, and the right week for closed-door executive dinners rather than open side events. |
| Nerdearla | 22–26 Sept 2026 | Corporate & Tech | Large | 8–10 weeks | Five days at C. C. Konex, free to attend and streamed, which makes it the widest tech audience of the year in Buenos Aires. Strong for developer-facing brand activations, recruiting events and product launches aimed at the Argentine engineering community. |
| Ekoparty | 7–9 Oct 2026 | Cybersecurity | 10,000+ | 10–12 weeks | Latin America's largest hacking and security conference, in its 22nd edition at the Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires, with 150+ talks, Villages, a Business Hall and six days of training beforehand. Security researchers plus the vendors who sell to them — the best week of the year for technical partner dinners and hiring events. |
| EVA | 21–24 Oct 2026 | Gaming | 24th edition | 10–12 weeks | The Exposición de Videojuegos Argentina, the oldest game-development event in Latin America, organised by ADVA with B2B rounds, a job fair and the EVA Awards. Venue not yet announced for 2026. Part of the city's TECweek, so the surrounding days carry other tech programming too. |
| LABITCONF | 29 Oct–1 Nov 2026 | Crypto & Web3 | Costa Salguero | 12–16 weeks | The oldest Bitcoin and blockchain conference in Latin America, running since 2013, with the 2026 edition focused on enterprise and institutional adoption. Four days on the Costanera, closing out the busiest month in the Buenos Aires calendar. |

Where — Best Event Areas in Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires is large, flat and organised into barrios with strong identities. The neighbourhood you pick sets the tone before a single guest arrives — and traffic between them at 7pm is a real production constraint, not a detail. Explore the Buenos Aires Neighbourhood Map →
Conferences · Side Events
Palermo
The city's event centre of gravity. La Rural sits here for large-format conferences, and Palermo Soho and Hollywood supply the rooftops, bars and design-led spaces that side events actually want — most of them within walking distance of each other. Where your delegates will already be after 9pm, whether or not your event is here.
Executive Dinners · Corporate
Puerto Madero
The redeveloped docks and the closest thing Buenos Aires has to a corporate district — international hotels, riverside restaurants and the offices your corporate guests already work in. Best for executive dinners, institutional gatherings and daytime conference programmes where guests want a short walk from the hotel.
Galas · VIP Receptions
Recoleta
Belle Époque palacios, embassy residences and the Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires. This is the address for gala dinners, award ceremonies and VIP receptions where the room itself is the statement. Higher venue costs, and worth it when the format calls for it.
Private Dinners · Cultural Formats
San Telmo
Cobbled streets, colonial buildings, tango halls and courtyard restaurants. The right answer for 20–100 guest private dinners and culturally specific formats where you want guests to feel they are in Buenos Aires and nowhere else. Load-in is tighter here — narrow streets, older buildings, and that has to be planned for.
Corporate Conferences · Hotels
Retiro / Microcentro
The traditional business core, with the deepest concentration of five-star hotel ballrooms and reliable AV infrastructure in the city. Best for corporate conferences and multi-day programmes where delegate logistics and room blocks matter more than atmosphere. Quiet at weekends.
Hackathons · Brand Activations
Villa Crespo / Chacarita
Converted warehouses, studios and industrial spaces with room to build. Best for hackathons, brand activations and anything that needs a blank box, long hours and a venue that does not mind an overnight run. Cheaper per square metre than anywhere else on this list.

Corporate Events Buenos Aires
01
Does CH3 produce corporate events in Buenos Aires?
Yes. CH3 is a corporate event agency in Buenos Aires producing conferences, executive dinners, product launches, brand activations, award ceremonies and VIP experiences for international companies operating in Argentina and the wider Southern Cone. Our Buenos Aires work includes a business dinner for Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, a corporate conference for Moxie Meadow and a networking event for the Clarity Foundation. CH3 brings 680+ events of production experience across 40+ cities to every Buenos Aires brief.
02
How much does a corporate event in Buenos Aires cost?
Buenos Aires is one of the better-value major event cities we operate in — venue, catering and production talent all cost less than the European or Asian equivalent, and the quality is high. What moves is the exchange rate and local pricing, which is why we quote a fixed fee with a full itemised budget within 48 hours of your brief rather than publishing ranges. Send us the format, the guest count and the dates, and you get real numbers you can plan against.
03
What clients has CH3 worked with in Buenos Aires?
Twenty-three events for clients including Chorus One, Starknet Foundation, 1kx Capital, Status, Gensyn, bloXroute, Sherlock, Argent, BlueYard Capital, Translucence Research, Cloudless Labs, Sekai, Tally, Polybase Labs, Espacio Cripto, LO:Tech, registrychain, G3M Labs, Ethereum, Moxie Meadow, the Clarity Foundation and Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company. Formats run from a 250-guest networking night down to a 20-person workshop and brunch.
04
Can CH3 handle an international conference or regional summit in Buenos Aires?
Yes. La Rural in Palermo, the Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires in Recoleta and Costa Salguero on the river all take full-scale conferences, and Buenos Aires is the natural meeting point for programmes covering Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Paraguay. CH3 manages venue sourcing, international delegate logistics, AV and staging, catering, the on-site team and post-event reporting. Brief us at least 12–16 weeks ahead for large formats, and earlier if your dates collide with a major conference week.
05
We're an international company with no Argentine presence. Can CH3 manage everything remotely?
Yes — this is CH3's standard model. Most clients brief us remotely, approve proposals over email and fly in for the event. We manage local supplier relationships, run site visits over live video, handle local contracting and payment, and send weekly production reports. Argentina's invoicing, tax and import rules are the part that catches foreign companies out, and they sit with us. Our team works in Spanish and English, so nothing gets lost between your brief and the supplier.
06
Does CH3 organise corporate retreats and leadership offsites from Buenos Aires?
Yes. Tigre and the Paraná Delta work for a two-day offsite an hour from the city; Mendoza wine country and Bariloche in Patagonia work when you want the team properly away. In the city itself we have produced multi-day working sessions and retreats for Starknet Foundation, BlueYard Capital and Gensyn. Venue sourcing, transport, accommodation, programming, activities and catering are handled end to end.
Tech, Crypto & Gaming Events Buenos Aires
07
What types of tech, crypto and gaming events does CH3 produce in Buenos Aires?
The full range — conferences, side events, hackathons, working retreats, partner and investor dinners, cocktail receptions, community nights, award ceremonies and tradeshow stands. Our Buenos Aires portfolio includes Chorus One's L1Day conference (100 guests), Status's hackathon (100), Espacio Cripto's community night (250), 1kx Capital's happy hour (200), LO:Tech's The Local (150), registrychain's award ceremony (120) and Ethereum's 20-guest leather workshop and brunch.
08
Where do side events actually happen in Buenos Aires?
Palermo is the default — La Rural sits there, and Palermo Soho and Hollywood have the density of bars, rooftops and design-led spaces that side events need. Puerto Madero is the right call for corporate and executive formats close to the international hotels. San Telmo suits small private dinners with a distinctly Argentine setting, and Villa Crespo and Chacarita have the warehouse space for hackathons and build-heavy activations. CH3 has produced events across all of these.
09
How far in advance should I book an event in Buenos Aires?
Outside a major conference week, 6–10 weeks is comfortable — shorter than most cities we work in, because Buenos Aires has real venue depth and suppliers who move fast. When a global conference lands in the city, that changes completely: during Devconnect week in November 2025 the good rooms went months ahead and we were producing eighteen events across six days. If your dates sit inside a known conference week, brief us 16–20 weeks out.
10
How do you make a side event stand out during a big conference week?
Use the city. Buenos Aires gives you formats no other hub can — a leather workshop and brunch, a closed parrilla, a tango hall, an estancia afternoon — and those beat another rooftop with canapés every time. Ethereum's 20-guest workshop worked precisely because it was small and specific. The other reliable play is a genuine local audience rather than only the visiting delegation: Espacio Cripto drew 250 people because the Argentine community actually turns up.
11
Do you handle guest lists, invitations and check-in?
Yes. Registration systems, invitation management, RSVP tracking, door lists and on-site check-in are part of standard production, run bilingually where the guest list is mixed. For invite-only formats — partner dinners, investor gatherings, VIP receptions — guest management usually decides whether the event works, so we treat it as production rather than admin.
12
What makes CH3 different from other event agencies in Buenos Aires?
Three things. First, sector depth — CH3 is native to corporate, tech, crypto and gaming events, with 680+ events for 400+ clients, so we already know the audience, the pace and the culture. Second, production rigour — fixed fees agreed upfront, a detailed run of show, and one named production manager from brief to event day. Third, network — 12 permanent hubs across 40+ cities, so if Buenos Aires is one stop on a wider programme, the same standards and the same accountability follow you to the next city.
CH3 Hubs 12 Hubs, 40+ Cities
CH3 has produced 680+ events across 40+ cities for 400+ clients from its 12 global permanent hubs. Work outside of our 12 hubs is only done for returning clients.
