Formula E Mexico City ePrix
The championship’s Mexican round, run at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez inside the Foro Sol grandstands. A single-day motorsport audience with corporate hospitality attached, and the first weekend of the year when Roma and Condesa fill up properly.
March
Vive Latino
Latin America’s largest rock and alternative festival, two days at the Estadio GNP Seguros. It falls on the Benito Juárez long weekend, so domestic travel peaks at the same time and central hotels tighten well beyond what the festival alone would explain.
April
Mexico AI, Cloud & Data Summit
A senior enterprise-technology programme built around 300+ decision makers from banking, retail and telecoms. Compact enough that a dinner for thirty reaches a meaningful share of the room, which is rarely true at a larger congress.
May
M360 LATAM
The GSMA’s Latin American policy and telecoms summit, drawing operators, regulators and infrastructure investors from across the region. This audience travels in delegations, so private briefings and closed dinners land better than an open reception.
June
Expo Pack México
The region’s packaging and processing show, with 700+ exhibitors across 20,000 square metres at Expo Santa Fe. Four days of industrial buyers on the western edge of the city, which pulls hotel demand toward Santa Fe rather than the centre.
September
China Homelife México
A sourcing fair pairing Chinese manufacturers with Mexican importers and distributors, three days at Expo Santa Fe. It sits in the week before the Independence holidays, when the historic centre is already given over to the national programme.
October
Obra Blanca Expo
Construction and building-materials trade show at Expo Santa Fe, and the last clear week before the city’s busiest fortnight opens. Useful to know for anything planned around Santa Fe in mid-October.
Mexico Tech Week
A decentralised week: hundreds of gatherings run by founders, funds and communities rather than one organiser, spread across Roma, Condesa, Juárez and Polanco. There is no central floor to book — the programme is the side events, which is exactly the format CH3 produces.
Mexico City Grand Prix
Round 20 of the season, and the largest single gathering in the Mexican calendar — roughly 400,000 across the weekend, with the stadium section the loudest on the circuit. Corporate hospitality is committed a year out and the whole city runs at capacity.
November
World Business Forum
Two days of C-suite programming at Expo Santa Fe, drawing senior management from Mexican corporates and the regional offices of multinationals. The audience is the reason to be there — decision makers who rarely appear at a technology conference.
Corona Capital
The city’s largest international music festival, back at the Autódromo for three days in mid-November; the 2026 dates are not published yet. It closes the run that opens with Mexico Tech Week five weeks earlier.

The Collision — Oct 26 to Nov 1
Mexico Tech Week and the Grand Prix run over the same three days. One brings hundreds of independently hosted gatherings across Roma, Condesa and Juárez; the other brings around 400,000 people to a single circuit. Nowhere else on CH3’s calendar do a decentralised tech week and a stadium-scale sporting event share a city in the same week — and the guest lists overlap more than you would expect, because the founders are here for both. Commit venues by June.
The November Tail — Nov 10 to mid-month
The World Business Forum puts a C-suite audience in Santa Fe on the 10th and 11th, and Corona Capital fills the Autódromo the week after. A quieter, more targeted window than late October: the executive audience is in town for one specific reason, dinners of thirty to sixty work best, and the venues in Polanco and the Centro are still reachable at eight to ten weeks.
Trade-Show Weeks at Expo Santa Fe
Expo Pack in June, China Homelife in September and Obra Blanca in October all run at the same address, and all three bring buyers rather than delegates. The pattern to use is a hosted dinner or a hospitality suite close to Santa Fe on the show’s middle evening — the audience is captive, out of the office and already looking for somewhere to go.
The Spring Run — Mar to Jun
Vive Latino in March, the AI Summit in April, M360 LATAM in May and Expo Pack in June: four very different rooms across four months, with real availability between them. This is the stretch where a programme can pick its date rather than take what is left, and the technology audiences in April and May are small enough that a single dinner reaches a large share of the room.
Best Low-Pressure Windows
February, July and August are the most open months of the Mexico City year — the best venue availability and the best rates, with no conference competing for the same rooms or the same attention. This is when the rooftops, the restaurant buyouts and the landmark buildings are all obtainable on short notice, and it is the natural window for a client retreat, an executive offsite or a working summit that wants the city rather than a conference crowd.
