The best venues in Paris for corporate events, conferences, brand activations and private dinners — sourced and managed by CH3.
Paris has more usable event space than almost anywhere in Europe, and the difficulty is not finding a room but understanding what each one costs and how it quotes. The venues below run from the 3,700-seat amphitheatre at the Palais des Congrès and the halls beneath the Louvre, through private mansions off the Champs-Élysées and boats on the Seine, to converted printworks in the 11th. Several are rooms CH3 has actually produced in — so those cards say what we ran there, for whom, and at what guest count. Capacities on this page are indicative and depend on layout; we confirm them per brief.
Conference & Convention Venues
The rooms that take a full conference, a keynote programme or an exhibition floor — from the largest auditorium in the city down to a 500-capacity room in the east that does not feel like a hall.
Palais des Congrès de Paris
The city’s principal congress centre at Porte Maillot, with a grand amphitheatre seating around 3,700 and a full complement of breakout rooms and exhibition space beneath it. Signal Week, the successor to Paris Blockchain Week, takes the building on 6–7 July 2027.
Carrousel du Louvre
The exhibition complex beneath the Louvre, entered under the inverted pyramid on the Rue de Rivoli. Long-span halls with straightforward load-in and an address that needs no explaining. It hosted the final edition of Paris Blockchain Week in April 2026.
Pan Piper
A live-music and event space on Impasse Lamier with a full stage, house lighting and a floor that reconfigures between seated conference and standing reception. CH3 produced IoTeX’s R3AL WORLD conference here for 500 guests — the largest event in our Paris portfolio.
Hôtels Particuliers & Palace Hotels
Where the address does part of the work. Private mansions and palace hotels concentrated in the 8th, the 7th and along the river — the right answer for galas, award nights and hospitality where the room is part of the message.
Cheval Blanc Paris
The LVMH palace hotel on the Quai du Louvre, looking straight down the Pont Neuf and the Seine. Private dining rooms, a rooftop and full-height windows over the river. A CH3 venue partner — their team’s words are on our Paris page.
Hôtel Le Marois
A private mansion off the Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, a few minutes from the Champs-Élysées. A grand staircase leads to gilded first-floor salons that take a seated dinner under chandeliers, with a dancefloor and DJ position in the same room.
Hôtel de Montgascon
An hôtel particulier on the Rue de Lille, directly opposite the Musée d’Orsay, with panelled salons, a glass-roofed room and its own private garden. Built for closed formats of around fifty rather than anything larger.
On the Seine
The format nothing else in Europe matches. Boats and riverside decks between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, where the view changes through the evening. Weather-dependent, and booked from May regardless of what the conference calendar is doing.
Yachts de Paris
A fleet of private event vessels operating from Port Henri IV, including the Michelin-starred Don Juan II. Seated dinners and receptions with a route past the Louvre, the Île de la Cité and the Eiffel Tower.
Paris Seine
Contemporary glass-sided vessels moored at Port Solferino, below the Musée d’Orsay. Open upper decks for receptions and enclosed saloons below, which is what makes the format work outside high summer.
Felicita
A private charter yacht on the Quai Henri IV, at the scale where a boat still feels like a private room rather than a function space. Suits partner dinners and VIP receptions.
Rooftops, Lofts & Private Spaces
The working half of the Paris venue market — rooftops with the tower in frame, converted printworks in the 11th, hotel event floors and private club rooms in the 8th. This is where most CH3 productions in the city actually happen.
Angie
A club and party venue on the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, with a long backlit bar, a dancefloor and a licence that runs late. CH3 produced M7 Real Estate’s black-tie company party here for 175 guests, with a live saxophonist working the floor.
Keeze
Three sites across the 2nd and the 8th, built for private meetings, workshops and receptions rather than converted for them. CH3 produced Grafana’s Lunch & Learn at Keeze.
Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel
A conference hotel at the foot of the tower, with event floors, terraces and room blocks in the same building — which is what makes it work for multi-day programmes. CH3 produced App Growth Summit Paris here.
Rooftop Grenelle
A planted rooftop on the Quai de Grenelle with lounge seating, a retractable awning and the Eiffel Tower across the rooftops. The covered section is what makes it bookable outside the summer months.
Le Loft République
A double-height white loft on the Rue Deguerry under a pitched glass roof, with cast-iron columns and a mezzanine gallery. A blank, bright box that takes branding well and photographs better than most.
DAYOFF L’Imprimerie
A converted printworks on the Rue de la Fontaine au Roi — exposed brick, steel-framed glazing, long timber tables and heavy planting. Built for offsites, workshops and working sessions rather than parties.
