Which companies has CH3 produced corporate events for in Dubai?
Among recent programmes: Mindvalley, for a two-day conference seated theatre-style for 150-plus. GoDaddy, for a hundred-guest workshop with a cocktail reception. Culture Amp, for the Dubai stop of Culture First On Tour. Bloomreach, four times in 2025: a breakfast, a team evening at Topgolf, a networking cruise and a year-end dinner. How do Dubai venues price a private event?
Three ways, often inside the same shortlist. Restaurants and beach clubs set a minimum spend, hotels sell per-head packages, and event spaces charge hire plus catering. Service charges sit differently in each, so two quotes for the same night can look far apart and cost the same. Every option comes back to you in one format, with a fixed fee and an itemised budget in dirhams or dollars inside 48 hours.

Can CH3 run a multi-day conference in Dubai?
Yes. Mindvalley's ran two days with a set-up day before it, 150-plus in theatre seating facing a stage, lunch served both days. At larger scale, Madinat Jumeirah hosts TOKEN2049, and from December 2026 the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City hosts GITEX. Registration, AV, staging, catering and delegate handling are part of the production.

Our team flies in for the event. What does CH3 handle before we land?
Everything that needs a local signature. CH3 contracts the venue and suppliers in its own name, pays them locally, runs site visits on live video, and sends a run of show you approve by email. You arrive to a finished plan, and the producer who took the brief is in the room on the day.

Can CH3 organise a yacht or VIP programme in Dubai?
Yes. Bloomreach took its guests out on a private yacht: welcome drinks, a presentation on screen, then a finger-food dinner and networking on deck. The same approach covers helicopter transfers, desert dinners and private tables at restaurants with no public booking line.

Does CH3 run corporate retreats and offsites from Dubai?
Yes. Corporate Retreats & Offsites is one of CH3's ten service lines. From Dubai that means desert camps, the Hatta mountains or beach resorts up the coast, priced as a single package.

How early should we book around TOKEN2049 Dubai?
As soon as the dates are public. The next edition runs 21–22 April 2027 at Madinat Jumeirah, and the 2025 week carried 500-plus side events, so the best rooftops, courtyards and private rooms go early. Tell us the night you want and we will come back with what can still be held.

Which Dubai crypto weeks matter besides TOKEN2049?
December. Blockchain Life runs 1–2 December 2026 at Festival Arena, and Binance Blockchain Week held its 2025 edition at Coca-Cola Arena on 3–4 December, where CH3 produced a side event for Babylon Labs. Outside conference weeks, Chorus One's TON Dubai Meetup in February 2025 shows standalone formats work here too.

Does CH3 produce events around GITEX?
Yes. GITEX Global moves to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City for 7–11 December 2026, with its Scale Summit at DWTC on the 7th. CH3 builds the stands, client dinners, receptions and launches that run beside it.

We are co-hosting with other brands. Can one agency run it?
That is how much of Dubai works. CertiK shared one happy hour with Hedera, OKX and XRP Ledger; Chorus One co-hosted with KuCoin and FordeFi; Arrakis ran its workshop with Efficient Frontier and Tally. One contract, one run of show, one guest list, and the cost split the way the hosts agree.
