Paris Services Event Production

CH3 Paris covers every format the city asks for — 500-guest conferences in the 11th, riverside receptions on the quais beneath the Louvre, terrace drinks with the Eiffel Tower in frame, and private dining rooms where the guest list never goes above thirty.

Conference and summit produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

01

Conferences & Summits

Paris has the venue stock to run a conference at almost any scale — the Palais des Congrès and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles at the top end, the Carrousel du Louvre and Pan Piper for a few hundred, and converted industrial rooms east of Bastille when a convention hall would flatten the atmosphere. We take pre-production and floor planning, 3D renders, venue branding, AV integration, registration and a dedicated technical crew on site for the whole run.

Side events and satellite activations produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

02

Side Events & Satellite Activations

Paris conference weeks are crowded and the good rooms go early. CH3 has produced side events here for IoTeX, Polkadot, Avalanche, Manta Network, CertiK, Pyth Network, Gnosis, Blockchain.com, Vertex Protocol and Yield Guild Games — anything from a 500-guest programme to a fifteen-person private room. Venue, branding, catering, guest management and a French-speaking team on the ground with the suppliers.

Brand activation and experience produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

03

Brand Experiences & Activations

Paris rewards activations that use the architecture rather than fight it — glass-roofed halls, Haussmann courtyards, Marais lofts, barges on the Seine. Avalanche's Creator House ran across a skylit lounge with a custom merch station and its own branded furniture. We handle concept, fabrication, on-site execution and content capture.

Gala dinner and award ceremony produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

04

Gala Dinners & Award Ceremonies

Award ceremonies and gala dinners in rooms that do the work for you: hôtels particuliers in the 8th, palace-hotel ballrooms, and the grand halls along the river. CH3 produced M7 Real Estate's 175-guest company party at Angie, with a live saxophonist on the floor and the bar running to close. Menu design, entertainment booking, scenic build and full AV.

Cocktail party and networking event produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

05

Cocktail Parties & Networking Events

Rooftops in the 8th and 16th, terraces above the Trocadéro, riverside decks facing the Louvre. CH3 produced CertiK's 150-guest reception on the Seine and Vertex Protocol's 200-guest party in a planted glasshouse above the rooftops — venue scouting, on-site branding, door management, entertainment and bar operations. In Paris the apéritif hour is real and the run of show is built around it.

Executive dinner and private dining produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

06

Executive Dinners & Private Dining

Closed dinners for leadership teams, partners and investors. CH3 has produced private dining in Paris for Hitachi Solutions Europe, Shield FC, WDHB and Trail of Bits — chef's tables in Saint-Germain, private rooms in the 8th, and Seine dinner boats where the room is yours and the view changes through the evening. Chatham House Rules as standard: no logos, no pitch, no deck.

Tradeshow booth and exhibition stand design and build by CH3 Agency in Paris

07

Tradeshow Booths & Exhibition Stands

Stand design and delivery end to end: concept, architectural drawings, fabrication, build-up, on-site install, breakdown, storage and freight. Porte de Versailles has strict hall regulations and its own approved contractor lists, and the October fortnight there is the busiest fortnight in the French exhibition calendar — we handle compliance, timing and the labour booking that goes with it.

Game brand and product launch event produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

08

Game, Brand & Product Launches

France is one of Europe's biggest launch markets and Paris is where a European rollout gets its press. Game drops, product unveils and market entries — venue, staging, AV, press handling, creators and live content capture, run in French and English so the domestic media and the international desks get the same story on the same day.

VIP experience produced by CH3 Agency in Paris

09

VIP Experiences

Private views before opening hours, tastings at addresses that do not normally open, châteaux and vineyard days inside an hour of the city, and Michelin-starred dinner cruises on the Seine. CH3 produced Pyth Network's DeFi Soirée aboard a glass-roofed vessel on the river — the format guests still talk about a year later.

Corporate retreat and offsite produced by CH3 Agency in Paris and across France

10

Corporate Retreats & Offsites

From a two-day offsite in Fontainebleau or the Loire to a longer programme in Champagne or Normandy, all reachable by train. In the city we have produced multi-day working sessions and workshops for Camunda, ASICS, Varnish Software, Noba Ventures and Hafslund. Venue sourcing, transport, accommodation, programming, activities and catering, handled as one job.

The Paris Team

Who you deal with on a Paris brief — the founder who takes the relationship, and the person who holds the city's venue relationships in French.

Dietrich Moens, Founder at CH3 Agency

Dietrich Moens — Founder, CH3

Founder

Dietrich has been producing events since he was twenty, when he cut his teeth on Tomorrowland and White Sensation in Belgium. He co-founded CH3 in 2020 and still holds the agency's senior client relationships himself, which is why a Paris brief of any size gets his direct involvement rather than a handoff.

Belen, Partnerships Manager at CH3 Agency Paris

Belen — Partnerships Manager, CH3 Paris

Partnerships Manager

Belen owns CH3's venue relationships in Paris, across the 8th, the 16th and the Marais. She spent close to two years opening new markets for the group in Europe, Asia, Oceania and Latin America — scouting venues, negotiating terms, onboarding listings and sorting out problems when a live job hits one. She works in French, Portuguese, English and Spanish, so the venue call, the supplier contract and the client briefing all happen in the right language.

CH3 Guarantees How We Work

Fees agreed before we start. One named production manager from brief to event day. No junior handoff when your guests arrive.

12h

Response Within 12 Hours — Paris & Global

Paris runs one hour ahead of London and six ahead of New York, and our team sits in the same timezone. A brief sent from Europe in the morning gets a real answer the same day, not a holding note.

48h

First Proposal Within 48 Hours — Venue, Budget & Plan

Two days after your brief: three venue options, a production outline and an itemised budget in euros. Enough to make a decision on, and early enough that the room is still available.

On-Site

Site Visits & Video Walkthroughs — Paris Venues

We walk every venue before you commit, with you or on your behalf over live video. Paris listings hide the things that decide an event: courtyard load-in, lift dimensions, real available power, and whether a Haussmann room holds sound once it fills.

Global

Global Production Standards — Every Paris Event

680+ events across 40+ cities means the specification does not change with the country. Your Paris event is built to the same standard as our work anywhere else in the CH3 network.

Fixed

Fixed Fees — No Hidden Costs, No Surprises

Fees fixed and agreed upfront, itemised at briefing stage. Paris venues quote in different structures — minimum spend, hire fee plus catering, or all-in — and we normalise them so you are comparing the same number across a shortlist.

One PM

One Production Manager — Brief to Event Day

The production manager who takes your brief is in the room on event day. One person accountable from first call to last guest out.

Paris — When & Where To Organise an Event

When — Paris's Key Conference Windows

October is the pressure point, and it is not close. Mondial de l'Auto takes Porte de Versailles from the 12th to the 18th, Paris Games Week follows from the 22nd to the 25th, and the two together put well over half a million visitors through one venue inside a fortnight — hotels across the 15th and 16th go first. VivaTech in June is the other immovable week. Book either window early; the rest of the Paris calendar is far more forgiving than its reputation suggests.

Conference Dates Category Size Book Ahead Notes
Paris Blockchain Week 15–16 Apr 2026 Crypto & Web3 Institutional 10–12 weeks The final edition under this name, held at the Carrousel du Louvre. From 2027 it becomes Signal Week at the Palais des Congrès on 6–7 July, co-located with the RAISE AI summit — brief 16 weeks out for that one, because the institutional room fills fast.
VivaTech 17–20 Jun 2026 Corporate & Tech 180,000+ 12–16 weeks Europe's largest tech and innovation show, in its tenth edition at Porte de Versailles, with three trade days and a public Saturday. The strongest week of the year in Paris for corporate side events, investor dinners and launches — and hotel rates across the city move with it.
Big Data & AI Paris 15–16 Sep 2026 Corporate & Tech 15,000+ 8–10 weeks France's largest data and AI gathering, and in 2026 deliberately narrowed to qualified enterprise decision-makers rather than open access. Speakers from Airbus, Accor, Thales and Bouygues Telecom. The right week for closed-door executive dinners rather than open receptions.
Mondial de l'Auto 12–18 Oct 2026 Corporate 500,000+ 16–20 weeks The 91st Paris Motor Show, with 60+ marques and 1,200+ exhibitors across five halls at Porte de Versailles. Monday the 12th is press and trade only. Book venues and rooms in the 15th and 16th well ahead — this is the single heaviest week in the Paris calendar.
Paris Games Week 22–25 Oct 2026 Gaming 15th edition 14–16 weeks Four days at Porte de Versailles, with evening sessions and finals at the Dôme de Paris for the first time. A Hors les Murs programme runs across Paris and Île-de-France in the weeks beforehand, which opens a genuine side-event window before the show itself starts.

Where — Best Event Areas in Paris

Paris is small, dense and divided into twenty arrondissements that each read differently to a guest. The number on the invitation sets expectations before anyone arrives — and crossing the city at 18:00 takes far longer than a map suggests, which is a production constraint rather than a detail. Explore the Paris Neighbourhood Map →

Galas · Corporate Receptions

Champs-Élysées & the 8th

The prestige address, and where CH3 holds the most Paris venue relationships. Hôtels particuliers, palace hotels and private clubs along the Faubourg Saint-Honoré — this is where M7 Real Estate's company party ran at Angie. Highest venue costs in the city, and the right call when the address is doing part of the work.

Conferences · Side Events

Bastille & the 11th

The east has the volume and the flexibility: Pan Piper, converted workshops and music venues that take 300 to 500 without feeling like a hall. IoTeX's 500-guest conference ran here. Better value than the west, later licences, and load-in that actually works.

Receptions · VIP Formats

The Seine & the Quais

Barges, dinner boats and riverside decks between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. CertiK's riverside reception and Pyth Network's DeFi Soirée both ran on the water. Weather-dependent and heavily booked from May, so commit early and hold a covered fallback.

Conferences · Trade Shows

Eiffel Tower · Trocadéro · 15th

Where the large hotels and the exhibition traffic sit — the Pullman Tour Eiffel, where App Growth Summit ran, and Porte de Versailles at the edge of the arrondissement. Best for multi-day programmes with room blocks. Unbookable during the October fortnight unless you move very early.

Private Dining · Brand Activations

Le Marais

Courtyard hôtels particuliers, galleries and lofts across the 3rd and 4th. The right answer for 20 to 100 guests and for activations that want texture. Streets are narrow and buildings are protected, so load-in windows are tight and often restricted to specific hours.

Community Events · Launches

Canal Saint-Martin & the 10th

Warehouses, independent venues and rooms with a younger crowd already in them. Best for community nights, launches and anything that would look overdressed in the 8th. Cheapest per square metre of the six, and the easiest place to run late.

Paris FAQs Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about producing corporate, tech, crypto and gaming events in Paris with CH3.

Corporate Events Paris

01

Does CH3 produce corporate events in Paris?

Yes, and Paris is the hub where corporate work is the majority of what we do. We produce conferences, receptions, company parties, product launches, workshops, award ceremonies and closed dinners for international companies operating in France. Paris clients include Jane Street, Euroclear, Mastercard, Cirque du Soleil, Sony Music, ASICS, AXA, Boston Scientific, L3Harris, Hitachi Solutions Europe, Intuitive, Glenmorangie and M7 Real Estate. Every brief is backed by 680+ events of production experience across 40+ cities.

02

How much does a corporate event in Paris cost?

Paris sits at the top end of European venue pricing, and the structures vary more than the headline numbers: some venues charge a hire fee plus catering, others a minimum spend, others all-in per guest. That is why we quote a fixed fee with a full itemised budget within 48 hours rather than publishing ranges — and why we normalise every venue quote so a shortlist is genuinely comparable. Send the format, the guest count and the dates and you get real numbers.

03

What clients has CH3 worked with in Paris?

Corporate and tech clients include Jane Street, Euroclear, Mastercard, Cirque du Soleil, Sony Music, ASICS, AXA, Boston Scientific, L3Harris Commercial Aviation, Hitachi Solutions Europe, Intuitive, The Glenmorangie Company, AvePoint, Dreamdata, Systemiq, Camunda, Varnish Software, The Exploration Company and M7 Real Estate. On the crypto and Web3 side: IoTeX, Polkadot, Avalanche, Manta Network, CertiK, Pyth Network, Gnosis, Blockchain.com, Vertex Protocol, Goldsky, Frontier, Aleo, Biconomy, Doodles, XBTO and StakeDAO. Formats run from a 500-guest conference down to a thirteen-person shoot.

04

Can CH3 handle a large conference or European summit in Paris?

Yes. The Palais des Congrès, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and the Carrousel du Louvre all take full-scale conferences, and Paris is the natural meeting point for European programmes with delegates flying in from across the continent. We manage venue sourcing, delegate logistics, AV and staging, catering, the on-site team and post-event reporting. Brief us 12–16 weeks ahead for large formats, and 16–20 if your dates fall inside VivaTech or the October fortnight.

05

We're an international company with no French entity. Can CH3 manage everything from abroad?

Yes — that is the standard model. Most clients brief us remotely, approve over email and fly in for the event. We hold the supplier relationships, run site visits over live video, handle local contracting and payment, and send production reports through the build. French venue contracts, deposit schedules and invoicing rules are where foreign companies lose time, and they sit with us. The team works in French and English, so nothing is lost between your brief and the venue.

06

Does CH3 organise corporate retreats and offsites from Paris?

Yes. Fontainebleau and the Loire work for a two-day offsite within an hour of the city, and Champagne, Normandy and Burgundy work when you want the team properly away — all reachable by train, which matters when you are moving thirty people. In the city we have produced multi-day workshops and working sessions for Camunda, ASICS, Varnish Software, Noba Ventures, Hafslund and Groupe PVCP. Venue, transport, accommodation, programming, activities and catering handled end to end.

Tech, Crypto & Gaming Events Paris

07

What types of tech, crypto and gaming events does CH3 produce in Paris?

The full range — conferences, side events, hacker houses, receptions, community nights, partner and investor dinners, brand activations and exhibition stands. The Paris portfolio includes IoTeX's 500-guest R3AL WORLD at Pan Piper, Polkadot's 400-seat ParisDOT.Comm, Avalanche's Creator House, Manta Network's ZKDay, Vertex Protocol's 200-guest party, CertiK's riverside reception and Pyth Network's DeFi Soirée on the Seine.

08

Where do side events actually happen in Paris?

The 11th and Bastille take the volume — Pan Piper and the converted workshops around it handle 300 to 500 without feeling industrial. The 8th is where corporate receptions go when the address matters. The Seine carries the formats nowhere else can, on barges and dinner boats. Le Marais suits 20 to 100 guest dinners and activations, and Canal Saint-Martin is where community nights work best. CH3 has produced across all of them.

09

How far in advance should I book an event in Paris?

Outside the big weeks, 8–12 weeks is comfortable. Inside them it is a different city: VivaTech in June and the Mondial de l'Auto and Paris Games Week fortnight in October absorb venues and hotel stock months ahead, particularly across the 15th and 16th. If your dates fall in those windows, brief us 16–20 weeks out. Riverside venues also book from May regardless of the conference calendar.

10

How do you make a side event stand out during a big conference week?

Use the things only Paris has. A boat on the Seine, a courtyard hôtel particulier, a terrace with the tower in frame, a private view before opening hours — those beat another hotel function room every time, and they photograph in a way that earns the event a second life online. The other reliable move is timing: run daytime programming people will actually stay at, the way CertiK's riverside reception did, instead of competing with nine other parties at 19:00.

11

Do you handle guest lists, invitations and check-in?

Yes. Registration systems, invitation management, RSVP tracking, door lists and on-site check-in are part of standard production, run in French and English where the guest list is mixed. For invite-only formats — partner dinners, investor gatherings, VIP receptions — guest management is usually what decides whether the event works, so we treat it as production rather than admin.

12

What makes CH3 different from other event agencies in Paris?

Three things. First, sector depth: CH3 is native to corporate, tech, crypto and gaming events, with 680+ events for 400+ clients, so the audience and the pace are already understood. Second, production rigour — fixed fees agreed upfront, a detailed run of show, and one named production manager from brief to event day. Third, venue access: standing relationships across the 8th, the 16th and the Marais, which is what decides whether a date is gettable during VivaTech or the October fortnight.
