Event Agency Cannes
For Corporate, Tech, Crypto & Gaming Events
Local Team · Global Standards · Zero Handoffs
16 events in one week on the Croisette, from a 200-guest reception down to an 18-person team room. Rado Plage at 40 to 250, L'Ondine at 40 to 150, Armani Caffè, Lucia — we work Cannes beach clubs the way other agencies work convention halls. Cannes Services Event Production
Beach-club takeovers, rooftop receptions, pop-up cafés, closed lunches for twenty.
01
Conferences & Summits
The Palais des Festivals is the only real conference plant in Cannes, and during EthCC or Cannes Lions it is fully committed. Everything else runs in beach clubs, hotel salons and rooftops sized 40 to 300. Venue sourcing, delegate logistics, AV and staging, catering and the on-site team.
02
Side Events & Satellite Activations
The bulk of CH3's Cannes work. Sixteen side events across EthCC 8 for Maker Growth, dYdX, Paradigm, Tenderly, Sherlock, Bitvavo, unit 410, LambdaClass, Multiplied, Trail of Bits, ReOwn and the Ethereum Foundation. Venue holds, branding, catering, guest list and on-site crew.
03
Brand Experiences & Activations
Cannes activations live outdoors: a stretch of beach, a plage terrace — a private beach club with its own restaurant and service — a rooftop with the bay behind it. Tenderly's Network Café ran as a branded drop-in space at Love Café. Concept, build, branding, catering and live capture.
04
Gala Dinners & Award Ceremonies
Palace hotels along the Croisette, private villas in Californie, and the plage restaurants after service. Escentric Molecules' 20th anniversary ran as a full brand evening. Menu, entertainment, staging and run of show.
05
Cocktail Parties & Networking Events
The Cannes format. Bitvavo's Sunset Soirée and Sherlock's Sunset Beach both ran on the sand at golden hour, Maker Growth's Stars in the Sky took 200 guests at Lucia. Sunset is the whole product here — the timing decides the room. Venue, bar, lighting, sound and the crew that runs the night.
06
Executive Dinners & Private Dining
Closed tables for leadership, partners and investors — Armani Caffè on the Croisette, chef's tables in Le Suquet, private rooms at the plages. The Ethereum Foundation's lunch for sixty ran this way. Venue, menu, service and guest management end to end.
07
Tradeshow Booths & Exhibition Stands
Stands end to end at the Palais des Festivals: drawings, fabrication, build-up, install, breakdown and freight. The Palais publishes its own contractor rules and the autumn run — TFWA, MIPCOM, MAPIC — books its halls a long way out.
08
Game, Brand & Product Launches
Cannes gives a launch a backdrop no convention centre can. Unveils and market entries timed to the festival calendar — venue, staging, AV, press, creators and live capture, with French-speaking crew on the ground.
09
VIP Experiences
Yacht charters out of the Vieux Port, tenders to the Îles de Lérins, tastings in the hills behind the bay, beach-club cabanas held for the week. Formats that read as Riviera rather than conference. Charters, tenders, cabana holds, transfers and the host team.
10
Corporate Retreats & Offsites
Two days in the Estérel or Mougins, longer programmes towards Saint-Tropez or the Verdon, all within an hour. Venue, transport, accommodation, meeting rooms and the social programme.

The Cannes Team
The four people who actually deal with a Cannes brief.
Dietrich
CEO & Founder
Dietrich's events career started at 20, on the Belgian productions Tomorrowland and White Sensation. In 2020 he co-founded CH3 to carry that production quality into the crypto, gaming and tech industry, and has led its growth and strategy ever since — along with the client relationships that matter most to the company.
Belen
Partnerships Manager
Belen holds CH3's Croisette relationships — the plages, the palace hotels, the rooftops — after two years opening markets for the group across three continents.
Lara
Head of Production
Lara runs production across CH3 — technical teams, suppliers, logistics, AV and on-site delivery, from brief to live show. She has run the Cannes conference weeks herself.
Breanna
Event Operations & Project Manager
Breanna covers Cannes from the Lisbon hub and has directed 300+ large-scale events on budgets from $50K to $2M — vendor negotiation, site selection, run of show and on-site delivery.
Industries We Serve
680+ events for 440 clients across Corporate & Tech, Crypto & Web3 and Gaming. In Cannes the crypto calendar sets the year.
01

CH3 Guarantees How We Work
Euro fees fixed before anything begins, and one named producer who stays on the job.
12h
Same-Day Answers on Central European Time
Our team sits in Cannes's own timezone, an hour off London and six off New York. Brief us before lunch and the answer lands before the day closes.
48h
Forty-Eight Hours to a Costed Plan
Two days later you hold three plages, a production outline and a line-by-line euro budget — while the beach is still available.
On-Site
Every Cannes Venue Walked Before You Commit
Listings never tell you where the sun sets on your terrace, what power the sand actually carries, how exposed it is to wind, or how load-in works when the Croisette is shut. So we stand in it first, with you or on live video.
Global
The Same Build Standard as Every CH3 City
Sand changes the logistics, never the specification. Cannes is built to the same standard as our other 38 cities.
Fixed
Cannes Quotes, Normalised So You Can Compare Them
The plages price three different ways — minimum spend, hire fee plus catering, or all-in per guest — and most bill for the sunbed income they forfeit by closing. We restate all of it in one shape, so comparing them means something.
One PM
The Person Who Takes the Brief Runs the Night
The producer who took your brief is on the sand that evening, answerable start to finish.
Cannes — When & Where To Organise an Event
When — Cannes's Key Conference Windows
Cannes has no off-season, and the squeeze is the autumn run rather than any single week. The Yachting Festival, TFWA, MIPCOM, MAPIC and ILTM land between September and December — five shows in thirteen weeks, almost all at one venue in a city of 75,000. Spring is nearly as tight: MIPIM, EthCC, the Film Festival and Cannes Lions. The quiet windows are January, high summer and late December.
| Conference | Dates | Category | Size | Book Ahead | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EthCC[9] | 30 Mar – 2 Apr 2026 (past) | Crypto & Web3 | 6,500+ | 14–18 weeks | Contracted to the Palais des Festivals through 2028 — EthCC[10] on 5–8 Apr 2027, EthCC[11] on 3–6 Apr 2028. Side events fill the beach clubs first; the good plages go four months out. |
| Cannes Film Festival | 12–23 May 2026 (past) | Film & Media | 79th edition | 20+ weeks | Twelve days that take the entire city — hotels, villas, tenders and every terrace on the Croisette. Brand activations here need to be committed by winter, and rates roughly double. |
| Cannes Lions | 22–26 Jun 2026 (past) | Advertising & Creative | 15,000+ | 16–20 weeks | Fifteen thousand delegates from 90+ countries, and roughly 1,150 unofficial events along the Croisette. The beach houses are held by the same brands year on year, so a new activation needs an early decision. |
| TFWA World Exhibition | 27 Sep – 1 Oct 2026 | Travel Retail | 7,000+ | 12–16 weeks | Duty-free and travel retail, and the opening act of the autumn run. Private dining and closed briefings work better here than open receptions. |
| MIPCOM | 12–15 Oct 2026 | TV & Entertainment | 10,600+ | 12–16 weeks | The 42nd edition, 350+ exhibitors across 15 halls, with MIPJUNIOR on 10–11 October. Buyer schedules are booked solid, so evening formats beat anything competing with the market floor. |

Where — Best Event Areas in Cannes
Cannes is walkable end to end in about forty minutes, and almost everything that matters sits on one seafront line. Which stretch you pick changes the event more than the venue does — and during the big weeks the Croisette closes to traffic, which is a load-in constraint rather than a detail.Explore the Cannes Neighbourhood Map →
Receptions · Beach Takeovers
Centre-Ville & the Croisette
Where CH3 holds the most Cannes venue relationships — Rado Plage, L'Ondine and the palace-hotel terraces. Bitvavo, Sherlock, unit 410, dYdX and Paradigm all ran on this stretch. Rooms here run 40 to 300 guests. Highest costs in the city, and the only address that needs no explaining.
Private Dining · Launches
Le Suquet & the Vieux Port
The old town on the hill and the harbour below it — chef's tables, stone-walled rooms and yacht charters off the quay. Right for 20 to 80 guests and for anything that should not look like a conference. Steep, narrow streets make load-in slow.
Conferences · Trade Shows
Palais des Festivals
The only full-scale conference plant in Cannes, and the anchor for MIPIM, Cannes Lions, TFWA, MIPCOM and EthCC. Fifteen halls taking up to 3,000+, its own contractor rules, and effectively unbookable inside the autumn run unless you move very early.
Villas · VIP Formats
Californie · Pezou
The hills east of the centre, where the private villas and the quietest hotel suites are. Best for closed programmes of 20 to 150 guests, investor retreats and anything wanting privacy and a view. You will need transport — nothing here is walkable to the Palais.
Cocktail Parties · Activations
Pointe Croisette & Palm Beach
The far eastern end, past the Port Canto — wider beaches, later licences and more room to build. Rooms run 50 to 400 guests, cheaper per guest than the central Croisette, and it is the easiest place to run a party past midnight. Ten minutes further out.
Community Events · Value Formats
Carnot & La Bocca
Inland and west, where the city actually lives — independent venues, larger rooms and no seafront premium. Best for team events, workshops and anything that would be overpriced on the Croisette, from 20 guests in Carnot to 500 in La Bocca.

Corporate Events Cannes
01
Does CH3 only work the crypto weeks in Cannes?
No. The crypto calendar is the busiest part of our Cannes year, but corporate work runs alongside it — brand celebrations, launches, closed dinners, offsites and festival hospitality. Escentric Molecules' twentieth anniversary ran here as a full brand evening.
02
Two plages, the same brief, wildly different numbers. Why?
The beach clubs and palace hotels price in different shapes — hire fee plus catering, minimum spend, or all-in per guest, and most plages add a clause covering the sunbed revenue they lose by closing to the public. We normalise every quote so a shortlist is genuinely comparable, then give you a fixed fee and an itemised budget. Across the 16 Cannes events CH3 produced last year, half fell between €4,000 and €14,500, at a median of 75 guests.
03
Which clients has CH3 delivered for in Cannes?
Crypto and Web3: Maker Growth, dYdX, Paradigm, Tenderly, Sherlock, Bitvavo, unit 410, LambdaClass, Multiplied, Trail of Bits, ReOwn, Fenbushi Capital, Hype Agency, Montague Law and the Ethereum Foundation. Corporate: Escentric Molecules. Sixteen of those ran inside a single conference week.
04
Can you run a full conference in Cannes, not just side events?
Yes. The Palais des Festivals takes full-scale conferences across fifteen halls, and we handle venue sourcing, delegate logistics, AV and staging, catering, the on-site team and post-event reporting. Outside the Palais, the ceiling is roughly 300 guests, which covers most programmes that choose Cannes in the first place.
05
We have no French entity — can you handle the contracting?
Yes, and it is how most of this work runs. Clients brief us remotely, approve by email and arrive for the event itself. The supplier relationships, the live-video site visits, the local contracting and the payments sit with us — along with French contracts, deposit schedules and invoicing rules.
06
If we want the team out of Cannes, where do you send us?
The Estérel and Mougins work for a two-day offsite within half an hour; Saint-Tropez, the Verdon and the hill villages behind Grasse when you want the team properly away. Venue, transport, accommodation, meeting rooms and the social programme.
Tech, Crypto & Gaming Events Cannes
07
What shape do CH3's crypto events in Cannes actually take?
Beach receptions, pop-up cafés, brunches, closed lunches, hacker sessions and team dinners. The Cannes portfolio includes Maker Growth's 200-guest Stars in the Sky at Lucia, dYdX's brunch at Rado Plage, Tenderly's Network Café and the Ethereum Foundation's lunch at Armani Caffè.
08
Which part of Cannes should my side event be in?
The central Croisette for anything that needs the address — Rado Plage and L'Ondine carry most of our work. Pointe Croisette for parties that need to run late. Le Suquet for dinners of 20 to 80. Californie for closed villa programmes, and Carnot when the budget matters more than the view.
09
How early do I need to book around EthCC or the Film Festival?
Away from the big weeks, eight to twelve weeks is unhurried. Inside them Cannes behaves like a different city: the Film Festival and Cannes Lions take the hotels and every plage months out, and the autumn run does the same to the Palais. Those dates want sixteen to twenty weeks, and the best plages want longer.
10
EthCC week is crowded — how do we avoid being background noise?
Spend the budget on what only Cannes offers — sand at sunset, a tender out to the Îles de Lérins, a villa above the bay. None of it competes with a hotel function room, and all of it photographs well enough to keep working after the night ends. Timing counts as much as address: sunset is the product.
11
Whose job is the door once guests start arriving?
Registration, invitation management, RSVP tracking, door lists and on-site check-in are part of standard production. During EthCC or Cannes Lions the door is what decides whether an event works — every guest is being pulled to four other things that hour — so it is staffed and rehearsed like any other part of the build.
12
We could hire a local Cannes agency. Why you?
Because a Cannes agency will not have run 16 events inside a single EthCC week, on the sand, at sunset, with the Croisette closed to traffic. The plages that matter hold dates for us because we book them every year and hand the beach back the way we found it. Euro fees are fixed before anything begins, and one named producer stays on the job from the brief to the last guest.
